Robert Lee West pleads guilty to kidnapping, killing his wife
Multnomah Co. District Attorney's Office - 11/20/18 Today, Multnomah County District Attorney Rod Underhill announced 29-year-old Robert Lee West pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the first degree constituting domestic violence and kidnapping in the first degree constituting domestic violence. The change of plea occurred before Multnomah County Circuit Court Judge Christopher A. Ramras. West was booked into the Multnomah County Detention Center on October 2, 2017 following the death of Lila Streeter. During the investigation, law enforcement learned that Ms. Streeter and the defendant were married. According to a probable cause affidavit, on October 2, 2017, officers with the Portland Police Bureau responded to a residence in the 17200 block of Southeast Alder Street in Portland, Oregon to conduct a welfare check on Ms. Streeter.
