DETAILS:

Officers were doing foot patrol in the 200 block of SE Pine (Deer Creek Park). During this time officers came in contact with Jennifer Galusha who had trash strung out around her entire camp. Where Jennifer had her camp set up it is prohibited to camp at that current location and time. Nicholas Artherholt was also contacted at the camp and had a warrant for his arrest. Artherholt was taken into custody without incident. Galusha was cited and Released.

Cleared with a custody and a citation.

Officer contacted Preston Wells and Jean Tristany regarding a disturbance at the above address. Based on the investigation, the officer found that Preston grabbed Jean and wrapped his arm around her neck and face restricting Jean's ability to breath. He was taken into custody without incident and transported to Corrections.

Officers contacted Kelsie during a traffic stop due to expired tags. Officers noticed Kelsie displayed signs of impairment. Kelsie admitted to using fentanyl earlier. Kelsie agreed to perform SFST and she performed poorly. She was taken into custody without incident and transported to Corrections. While at Corrections, Kelsie provided breath and urine samples.
