DETAILS: | Officers were doing foot patrol in the 200 block of SE Pine (Deer Creek Park). During this time officers came in contact with Jennifer Galusha who had trash strung out around her entire camp. Where Jennifer had her camp set up it is prohibited to camp at that current location and time. Nicholas Artherholt was also contacted at the camp and had a warrant for his arrest. Artherholt was taken into custody without incident. Galusha was cited and Released. |
