Harper has been located and is safe.
The Grants Pass Police are asking for assistance in locating Debi Harper. She is reported to be missing from the Highway 199 and Ringuette area in Grants Pass. Debi has dementia and has been missing in the past. Debi was last reported to be wearing a brown jacket, yellow long sleeve shirt, and blue jeans. Debie has mobility issues and uses a walker.
