DESCHUTES COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE SEARCHING FOR MISSING BEND AREA MAN

The Deschutes County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Bend area man last seen on September 10^th around 10:00 am. John McPheeters, 64, was reported missing this morning. He was last known to be living off the east side of Hwy 97 near mile post 132, just north of Bend. McPheeters is known to frequent the area of Robal Lane and Hwy 97.

 

McPheeters is described as a white male, 5’ 8”, weighing approximately 130 pounds, with medium length brown hair and a gray beard. McPheeters last known clothing description is a tie dye t-shirt, blue jeans, brown boots and an unknown color jacket. McPheeters also routinely carries a blue duffle bag.
