On 7/15 at 8:30pm, Woo Yong Choi left his house in the 2300 block of NE 165th in a Gray Mercedes Sprinter van with Oregon license plate 083JPN. He is 5’10” and 180 lbs and may be confused about where he is. Family doesn’t know what clothing he was wearing, and they don’t know where he might go. If you see him or the van, please call police.
