SUSPECT SOUGHT IN SHOOTING

On 110420 at 1556 hours, Jackson County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a report of an assault with a weapon in the area of the 15000 block of East Evans Creek Rd outside Rogue River, Oregon. The case is an assault with a firearm.

Tonight at 2035 hours JCSO investigators are requesting assistance in locating a suspect in the investigation. He is Joshua Robert Miller, dob 050885 of Rogue River. He is described as having sandy blonde hair,, 5'10" and 185 pounds. He may be on foot in the East Evans Creek area or may be operating a Polaris ATV. He is considered ARMED AND DANGEROUS.

If you see him or know his location contact 911 immediately. Do not approach him.
