FIRE ON UMPQUA NATIONAL FOREST TRIGGERS LEVEL 3 EVACUATIONS

IDLEYLD PARK, Ore. - The Sheriff's Office has issued a Level 3 "GO!" Evacuation Notice for all homes on Moore Hill Lane and for all visitors of the Bogus Creek Campground on the Umpqua National Forest. This is in regards to a fire burning on the forest, unrelated to the French Creek Fire. This decision was made in conjunction with fire officials based on an assessment of existing dangers.
Level 3 or "GO!" means:
• If you choose not to evacuate, emergency services may not be able to assist you further.
• Grab your "go kit" and leave immediately.
• Follow your evacuation plan and stay informed.
