| DETAIL(S): | St Clair was driving eastbound on Harvard and made a left turn into the Denny's driveway. Sparks was westbound on Harvard and ran into St Clair's car as St. Clair pulled into Denny's in front of her. Both drivers were able to pull their vehicles into the Denny's parking lot, and both were wearing their seatbelts. Both vehicles suffered moderate damage, but did not need tows. Sparks complained of chest pain and was transported via ambulance to Mercy Medical Center for evaluation. | ||

| DETAIL(S): | Murray was reportedly intoxicated from drug use while confronting his relatives at their business and refusing to leave. Murray ran back inside the building and fought with his half-brother and responding officers, who had to use a Taser several times to take him into custody. Murray was evaluated on scene by Roseburg Fire Department personnel, and was then transported to Corrections. | ||

| DETAIL(S): | Mauer was reported to be near Elmer’s and had an active parole warrant for dangerous drugs. Mauer ran from officers and hid in a backyard off Eden. K9 Axel was deployed and tracked to where Mauer had concealed himself underneath some old furniture. Mauer refused to come out, so K9 Axel performed a biting capture on Mauer and pulled him out into the open where he was arrested without further incident. | ||

| DETAIL(S): | Green entered the Garden Valley Laundromat and stole a patron's blanket from the washer. This was after Green was trespassed from the business two days ago for damaging property. Green was located a few blocks away wearing the blanket. The blanket was returned to the victim. | ||

Chapp was contacted during a traffic stop, and it was discovered he had a warrant for his arrest. Chapp got out of the vehicle and started walking away, but stopped after being warned he would be Tased.
