Vasquez was traveling east on Oak as she approached the intersection with Stephens. Vasquez started to change lanes, and did not see the red traffic light in front of her. Blodgett was traveling north in the right lane of Stephens as she approached the intersection with Oak. Blodgett saw Vasquez enter the intersection on a red light, but was unable to avoid the collision. Both cars collided in the middle of the intersection.
The only injured person was the passenger in the front passenger seat of the Blodgett’s vehicle. That passenger complained of neck pain and was transported to Mercy Medical Center via ambulance. Both vehicles suffered extensive damage and appeared to be totaled and were removed by Roseburg Towing. | ||

DETAIL(S): | Dixon was contacted by officers for a second time on the same night in the listed area. Dixon was originally contacted for causing a disturbance at a residence. Dixon was later contacted by an officer for almost causing a traffic crash because he was seen standing directly in the middle of the roadway on Garden Valley. A truck had to lock up their brakes just to avoid striking him. | ||
