RIDDLE DEATH INVESTIGATION

RIDDLE, Ore. - The Sheriff's Office is conducting a death investigation in the 3000-block of Glenbrook Loop Road. 

At 7:41 am, dispatchers received a report of a possible medical aid. Deputies responded along with officers from Myrtle Creek Police Department at Oregon State Police and found a male subject deceased outside of the home. Detectives and the Douglas County Medical Examiner's Office are currently on scene conducting an investigation into the nature of the death.

"It is too early in the investigation to determine if the death is the result of violence or suicide," said Sgt. Brad O'Dell. "We do not believe there is an ongoing risk to public safety," O'Dell added.
