Single vehicle fatal crash on Hwy 211 - Clackamas County

On Tuesday, February 26, 2019 at approximately 3:53 P.M. Oregon State Police Troopers and emergency personnel responded to the report of a single vehicle crash on Hwy 211 near milepost 19.
Preliminary investigation revealed that a 2017 Toyota Tacoma, operated by Jacob Slinkard (28) of Colton, was traveling northbound on Hwy 211 when for unknown reasons the Tacoma went off of the road and struck a tree.
Slinkard sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Hwy 211 was closed for approximately four hours following the crash. OSP was assisted by the Molalla Police Department, Molalla Fire Department, Colton Fire Department, and ODOT.
