Suspect in Shooting In Custody ***Salem / Bar Fly's***

On Monday, November 26, 2018, Lucias Rashaud Harris, age 39, was arrested by US Marshals at a home in Lawrenceville, Georgia. Mr. Harris was being sought as a suspect in a shooting that took place in April of 2018 on Lancaster Drive NE in Salem.
Harris is being held in the Gwinnett County Jail in Lawrenceville, which is 30 miles northeast of Atlanta. Harris's warrants are for 3 counts of Attempted Aggravated Murder, Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Riot. Mr. Harris will remain in Georgia pending extradition to Oregon, that time frame is unknown.
