He was taken into custody without incident and gave officers a false name of Mathew Clark. He was taken to Douglas County Corrections where he was booked and lodged. His identification is still unknown at this time.

He then drove to Arco and yelled at another driver, then went to Safeway where he drove at about 40mph through the parking lot. Austin then yelled at another driver and engaged in a fight in the parking lot. Austin displayed signs of impairment, and was additionally charged with DUII Alcohol. Austin refused to provide a breath sample at Corrections, and was charged with that crime.
