DETAIL(S):	Officer located a stolen vehicle parked behind the Roseburg Donut & Bagel Shop. The vehicle was entered as stolen by Eugene PD. Officers surveilled the area until the suspect (Meyer) returned to the car. The suspect fled and was captured a short time later by K9 Grimm.
