Nicholas was loitering in front of Goodwill asking customers for money near the front door. When customers refused to give him money, he became angry and tried to intimidate them. He was asked to leave the property by management and did not. He was arrested for Criminal Trespass II. Nicholas was transported to Douglas County Corrections where he was booked and lodged.

Wrigley was slowly rolling through the parking lot in front of Marshall's while in drive. Wrigley pinned Renee Sayers against V2, crushing her left leg just above the knee. Wrigley was unable to realize what was going on and Miquelle Bryan, who was almost hit as well, opened Wrigley’s door and put the car in reverse to get Sayers out of harm’s way. Gale Bryan was also almost hit by Wrigley as well. Wrigley then rolled backwards through the parking lot where she ran into another vehicle, which resulted in no damage to the other vehicle. Wrigley continued to reverse through the parking lot until an employee from Precision Lube reached in and turned off the ignition. When medics arrived Wrigley got out of her car and fell backwards, striking her head on the asphalt, causing injury and knocking her out. Wrigley was transported to MMC. Sayers was also transported to MMC with leg pain.

Sayers was released a short time later without any significant injuries. Wrigley was cited and released at MMC, where she was later discharged.
