D1 stated while traveling eastbound in the right lane near Renann, he saw a male in a wheelchair rolling backwards towards the street. He stated he was focused on the male and didn't see the bus stopped in front of McDonalds. He attempted to swerve to miss the bus, but side swiped it instead.
D2 confirmed that D1 clearly didn't see her and hit the back of her bus, before side swiping the passenger side of his vehicle on the rear drivers side bumper of her bus. | ||
